Financial fitness workshops resume

Like everyone, the families in our sheltering programs have pretty much settled into a routine and so it is time to get back to business at Family Promise. On Thursday, June 25, our financial literacy workshop series began anew, this time via Zoom. Through these workshops, current and graduate families of our programs learn all about effective money management. The first topic was budgeting, with an emphasis on adjusting one’s budget to account for the rising grocery prices. The information was well received and helpful to our staff as well. Next month’s topic is Building Credit.
