We are pleased to announce that we have hired a new Family Case Manager, Luz Galeano. Luz worked as a Career and Education Coordinator at the Women’s Rights Information Center helping women improve their work readiness and employability. She has provided case management services to adults helping them to set goals and holding them accountable for taking the steps necessary to accomplish them. She has experience establishing relationships with employers and creating networking, internships and job opportunities. This is extremely important if our families are to become self-sufficient. An added bonus is that Luz is bilingual in Spanish/English. Her primary responsibility will be working with the families in the Network. She lives in Saddle Brook with her two children, Sebastian age 14 and Natalie 13. Please join me in welcoming Luz. She is a great addition to our team.
