As the Family Promise Annual Gala quickly approaches, we have a few very important updates to share regarding the event.

As of now, we are still planning to hold our Gala in-person. However, due to our original venue’s policies in relation to COVID-19, we have made the decision to switch locations with the safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff our top priority. The Family Promise Annual Gala will now be held at Seasons in Washington Township on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 6 PM. Please note that besides the venue, no other details have changed.

We will also be requiring proof of vaccination for all of our guests. Copies or photographs of vaccination cards, with date of birth redacted for security purposes, can be sent directly to Renee Harper at rharper@bergenfamilypromise.org prior to the Gala. We will be offering full refunds for tickets purchased by guests who are not vaccinated. In order to give our venue an accurate guest list by their deadline, all refund requests and proof of vaccinations must be received by Friday, October 1.

We are closely monitoring the situation and reviewing the most up-to-date recommendations provided by the CDC, and will pivot to a virtual event if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We can’t wait to see you there!
