When St. Paul’s Church in Ramsey found they were not able to use their facility this summer to host Family Promise families, they began to search for an alternate location. Coordinators Mary and Mark McAuliffe from St. Paul’s were determined to keep their commitment as were their enthusiastic volunteers. In an effort to stay close, we reached out to Connie McGinty and our friends at Archer United Methodist Church in Allendale to see if they could make their space available. Connie did not hesitate to get the wheels in motion and Pastor Robb Shoaf immediately gave his blessing and offered his support. The Family Promise Network always comes through, and we thank everyone who helped make it a very successful week after all!
