Lace up your sneakers and step into spring—it’s time for the Family Promise Hike for Hope: Home Edition!
Support homeless working families and their children by embarking on your very own “hike from home!” Grab your friends from work, club, or community group and complete a three-mile trek any time from now until 6 PM on Sunday, May 1. Take a stroll through your neighborhood, explore a new hiking trail, or hop on a treadmill—it doesn’t matter where you walk, as long as you get your steps in!
While our Hike for Hope will be remote, please join us for our Party in the Parking Lot on Saturday, April 30 at our Ridgewood location to celebrate funds raised and families helped! The party will feature music, games, snacks, contests, and more.
Getting started is simple—sign up now by yourself or organize a team, create a personalized fundraising page, and connect with supporters via social media, email, or text. You’ll also be able to participate in fun, online challenges on our Hike for Hope website to collect activity points. Prizes will be awarded to the Top Individual Fundraiser, Top Fundraising Teams, and the Hiker who earns the most activity points.
All registered Hikers will receive a 2022 Hike for Hope t-shirt and swag bag. Any teams that raise $300 or more by Friday, April 1 will get their name featured on this year’s t-shirt.
Happy hiking, and thank you for supporting Family Promise!
