How Do We Measure Success?

At Family Promise, a family’s success is not narrowly defined. Some families are with us for many months or, in the case of our New Leaf Program, a couple of years in a transitional apartment. Each family has their own unique circumstances that lead them to seek assistance, and Family Promise Case Managers always meet their needs with individualized support and services.

In Jacqueline’s case, we celebrated her success in a month’s time. A single mom, with an 18 month old child, she entered the Bridge network and immediately began to work closely with Denise. Also, with guidance from one of our financial coaches Jacqueline quickly improved her credit score and was able to increase her income.

We are happy to report that she has already found an apartment on her own. We wish her the very best!
